If something comes up, but you want to keep your appointment, you can reschedule it by following the directions below.
Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, please contact us. Fees may apply.
Rescheduling your Appointment:
- Starting from your confirmation email, click the Manage Appointment button at the bottom of your email
- On the page, click the blue “Reschedule” button
- Select a new date and time in the pop up window, then click the blue “Reschedule” button again to confirm
- The page will refresh and show your new scheduled date and time, & you will also receive an email with the new date and time.
